MSG Radloff was born in Fort Atkinson, WI, and has lived in the Lake Mills, Deerfield, WI, area his entire life, and graduated from Lake Mills High School in 1977. His civilian education includes a BS degree in Management. He is currently employed by Hamlin Inc. in Lake Mills, WI, as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Military Experience: MSG Radloff enlisted in the Army Reserve in December of 1978, where he became a member of the 2-339th, 84th DIV (IT), located in Madison, WI. He received his Drill Sergeant hat in July of 1982, and trained BCT and Armor OSUT troops at Ft. Knox, KY. Additionally, he was an instructor at the 84th DIV, Drill Sergeant School for 3 years, and performed two ROTC Advanced Camp [currently called Leadership Development and Assessment Course] missions at Ft. Lewis and at Ft. Bragg. He was also selected to go to the USMA at West Point, NY, to teach at the two-week intercession for freshman at the academy. For seven years he also served as training NCO while performing his duties as a Drill Sergeant, and was a member of the 84th DIV rifle team. He went on to serve as BN Operations NCO for 1- years at the 1-339th in Sturtevant, WI. He retired from the Army Reserve in May of 2002, and rejoined the Army Reserve in July of 2003. He is assigned to 8th Bde SROTC, 84th DIV (IT), Milwaukee WI, and he is attached to University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as a Military Science Instructor.
